About Cady Abe
Cady Abe is a receptionist and file clerk at The Nieves Law Firm. As someone who enjoys working with people, Cady’s compassion for others is typically the first thing clients notice when they talk to her. She believes that the true strength of a community is showcased by helping those in need, and Cady wants to provide a safe, welcoming, and compassionate atmosphere to those who contact The Nieves Law Firm for legal assistance. Her ultimate goal is to help create a world where people, regardless of social status, are adequately represented in the court of law. Cady is bilingual and non-native fluent in Mandarin.
Cady is a summa cum laude graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where she majored in Asian and Pacific Studies with a minor in Chinese. Although Cady is relatively young, she has ample experience working in the legal field. She has served as an intern at the Oahu Public Defender’s Office since 2014. She considers her time working at the Public Defender’s Office in Oahu as an eye-opening experience for her, and part of the reason she chose to pursue a career in the legal field. Cady plans on attending law school in the near future and pursuing a career as a criminal defense attorney.
In her free time, Cady loves exploring new restaurants, performing Japanese drumming, and creating digital art. She also likes participating in a variety of sports and activities, and you can often find Cady playing spike ball or enjoying a round of sand volleyball with friends.
