With a background in financial products and training as a middle technician accountant, Carlos values patience and attention to detail. His previous experience as a call center agent in the BPO industry allowed him to work with diverse clients and develop strong communication and problem-solving skills. These experiences have helped him provide a calm and supportive presence to clients facing difficult situations.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys cooking and reading, which he finds to be therapeutic and grounding.
