About Joe Dangtran Joe Dangtran, Jr. grew up in Tracy, Californi, and ever since a young age, Joe has possessed an intense interest in the idea of equitable distribution of justice in a court of law. This interest soon carried onto his adult years, where he attended California State University, Sacramento and later, Northeastern University seeking a degree in both Criminal Justice as well as Political Science. He graduated from Northeastern in the winter of 2020.
