Efrain Ramos is a Bay Area native who is passionate about helping others with his work, something he does daily as a Client Intake Specialist at The Nieves Law Firm. For Efrain, the opportunity to help people from all different backgrounds, including those with a background similar to his, is self-fulfilling. His passion is on display every day as he helps individuals put their past mistakes behind them as they plan for a better future. For him, the opportunity to help establish justice every day is something he has planned on doing since he was a child. Efrain is also bilingual and can read, write, and speak Spanish.

Efrain graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law Justice Studies with a minor in Business. In the future, Efrain plans on attending law school and one day starting his own law firm. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he interned at a prominent personal injury law firm in California. After graduating, he joined a local law firm that specialized in immigration and criminal defense. During his time there, he played a large role in building and managing a team to handle the large number of calls the firm received daily related to their legal work. Efrain plans on utilizing that knowledge to better serve those who contact The Nieves Law Firm with legal problems.

In his spare time, Efrain enjoys spending time with those that he is closest with. As someone who is family-oriented, Efrain spends a lot of time hanging out with his family, friends, and his German Shepard Duke. He is also an avid sports fan who loves watching sporting events, including boxing matches and any Raiders football game.
