Reyna Hernández holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador. While pursuing her degree, she balanced work and study, gaining valuable skills in discipline, perseverance, and effective communication.

Throughout her career, Reyna has held positions in customer service, sales, and legal intake, acquiring over five years of experience engaging with clients across diverse industries. These roles have strengthened her communication skills and her ability to deliver clear, respectful, and empathetic service in a variety of professional contexts.

She is fluent in Spanish and English and is committed to expanding her language skills to better serve a broader client base.
Outside of work, Reyna enjoys outdoor activities and is involved in volunteer efforts focused on responsible pet care and community education.”
