Legal assistant Rodolfo Pena has extensive experience in the legal realm, and he uses that experience to support both the attorneys and clients he works with. His background working as an attorney in Mexico provides him with unique insight that he uses daily at The Nieves Law Firm. Rodolfo’s legal career is littered with various roles working with inmates and their families, and it is what he considers the most rewarding part of his career. As a native of Mexico, Rodolfo can speak, read, and write in Spanish.
Rodolfo comes to The Nieves Law Firm after working in various roles as a lawyer in Mexico, most recently as a legal deputy director for the Department of Corrections in San Luis Potosi. He also has prior work experience as a prison attorney, legal counsel, and an administrative assistant. Rodolfo is a second-generation lawyer, following in his father’s footsteps. He received his law degree (Licenciado en Derecho) from Universidad UNIVER in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
Rodolfo loves working with people and clients, and takes pride in being part of a team with a diverse cultural background. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his son. He is also an avid soccer fan and is a big fan of C.D. Guadalajara.
